The Lamp Collection is among our most challenging creations—each form, thickness, and opening shaped entirely by hand. The apertures are cut with the artist’s eye, seeking harmony in every curve and void, so that light can breathe and dance.
Glazed or waxed, these lamps transform a space: they warm covered porches, illuminate living rooms, and stand as captivating replacements for a missing chimney. Each large piece takes 8–12 weeks and two firings, and of every three that enter the kiln, only one—or, if we are fortunate, two—emerge ready to be cherished.
They are more than lamps; they are meditations in clay, patience rendered tangible, and light made visible.
