Antique Collection

The Antique Collection is a quiet tribute to the earliest chapters of ceramic art in Castelli. Its roots lie in the 16th century, a period shaped by the hand and vision of Orazio Pompei, whose works defined an era and today reside in the world’s most important museum collections.

Each object carries the spirit of this formative time, while naturally extending into the three centuries that followed—when Castelli became a laboratory of colour, gold application, and technical innovation. It was during these years that royal and noble houses across Europe turned to this small medieval village for objects of beauty, symbolism, and prestige.

The forms, ornamental applications, and decorative motifs chosen for this collection are unmistakably Castellan. They are elements that have defined the identity of Castelli for hundreds of years and are revisited here with restraint and reverence.
