Luxury Italian Ceramics Giveaway, Terms & Conditions

 

1. Promoter
   This giveaway is promoted by Argillarte.
   
   

2. Eligibility
   The giveaway is open to residents of the United States only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
   
   

3. How To Enter
   To enter, participants must submit their first name, last name, email address, and city via the official Argillarte Giveaway entry form. Entry is complimentary. One entry per person is permitted.
   
   

4. Competition Period
   The giveaway runs from February 1, 2026 to February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM (EST). Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
   
   

5. Prize
   One winner will receive a $300 USD Argillarte Gift Voucher.
   The voucher will be delivered via email and can be redeemed online only at argillarte.com.
   
   

6. Prize Conditions
   The gift voucher is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged. The voucher is subject to Argillarte’s standard gift voucher terms and conditions.
   
   

7. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be selected at random and announced on March 13, 2026.
   The winner will be notified via email using the details provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, Argillarte reserves the right to redraw.
   
   

8. Data Collection and Privacy
   All personal data will be handled in accordance with Argillarte’s Privacy Policy and used for giveaway administration and brand communications. Entrants may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
   
   

9. General
   By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm they meet all eligibility requirements. Argillarte reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
