Mother’s Day Campaign

All products featured in our Mother’s Day Collection are stocked in our U.S. warehouse and will be dispatched starting May 1st with Free Express Shipping (2–3 business days) across the United States.

Our Mother’s Day Heart Plates arrive beautifully gift-wrapped and are accompanied by a dedicated Mother’s Day card—ready to be gifted.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

United States – Free Express Delivery (2–3 Business Days)
Products stocked in our U.S. warehouse are shipped free of charge and delivered within 2–3 business days. These items are ready for immediate dispatch and ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Free International Delivery from Italy (7–10 Business Days)
Items available in our Italian warehouse are shipped directly from Italy and typically arrive within 7–10 business days. Each piece is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it reaches you safely.

Free shipping for Made-to-Order Pieces (Up to 4 Weeks)
Some of our collections are not held in stock but are available upon request. These pieces are entirely handmade and hand-painted in Castelli, following traditional techniques. Production and delivery can take up to 4 weeks, as each item is crafted with the time and care it deserves.

Shippings are free of charge. Due to the nature of our fragile products, Argillarte is providing safe an appropriate packaging and delivery in 2 different boxes.

REFUNDS

Return policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'llalso need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you have to contact us at info@argillarte.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may

evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalizeitems). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company toprocess and post the refund too.
