3. Shipping Costs
Due to the nature of our fragile products, Argillarte is providing appropriate packaging and delivery in 2 different boxes. The shipping costs of AUD 20 for express shipping and AUD 10 for standard shipping are guaranteeing safe arrival to our customers.
4. International Shipping

Art Pieces Produced on Order
At ÁRGILLARTE, each art piece is meticulously crafted on order to meet your unique preferences and specifications. Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for reasons other than damage during shipping. -
Damaged Goods During Shipment
While we take great care in crafting and packaging our art pieces, unforeseen incidents during transit may result in damage to your order. In such cases: -
Notification of Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

• Provide a clear and detailed description of the damage and attach photographs of the damaged goods. The images will assist us in assessing the extent of damage and improving our packaging and shipping methods. -

Substitution of Damaged Goods
If the evaluation confirms that your order was damaged during shipment, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged items. We will do our best to ensure that you receive a new, undamaged art piece as quickly as possible. No Returns Required
In the event of damaged goods, we do not require customers to return the damaged items to us. We believe that it is more convenient for you to retain the damaged pieces rather than incurring return shipping costs. -
Refund
