1. Shipping Destinations

We are pleased to offer shipping to customers in USA and UK. Australia is following within the next weeks. Expansion to additional continents and countries will follow. If your country is not listed as a shipping destination, please contact us at info@argillarte.com. We will make every effort to organize the shipment and will communicate the product prices, additional fees, customs duties, and taxes in advance.

For shipments to USA & UK, all fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are included in the price.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Our Standard Shipping option is available for both domestic and international orders, delivery times vary based on the destination and typically range from 2 to 8 weeks.
• Express Shipping: Expedited shipping is available with delivery times ranging from 1 to 4 weeks. 

 

3. International Shipping

For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, or other import charges outside of USA, UK and Australia may apply. It is your responsibility to be informed about and cover these fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

 

4. Australian USA & UK Import Taxes

8. Commitment to Sustainable Shipping

We are acutely aware of the challenges posed by climate change and fuel consumption, and we have devised a solution to ensure our customers can still receive our goods directly from Italy. While road delivery is feasible for some regions, maritime shipping is not a viable option due to piracy concerns. Consequently, we have opted for a more sustainable approach by organizing bulk shipments via air.

Instead of sending individual packages from Italy, we consolidate shipments and send them in groups to Australia, USA & UK. From there, individual packages are dispatched to our customers. This method helps us balance the needs of our customers with our commitment to addressing today’s environmental challenges.

As a result of this shipping method, standard orders may take 2 - 8 weeks for delivery. We appreciate your understanding and support of our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint. If you require expedited delivery, we offer express shipping options, that will take 1- 4 weeks.
